Program N. 13: Correboi - Monte Fumai - M. Novo San Giovanni (trekking)
After a short transfer by 4x4 vehicles for about 20 minutes, the trek begins from the "Corre Boi" pass, a route that overlook the granite and schist chain of "Gennargentu" and the limestone territories of the "Supramonte", two place with completely different charm. The route will run along rio "Flumineddu" and following trails which have been almost abandoned by men to get to the twin limestone towers of "Monte Fumai" where, in a well-equipped locations, we’ll consume the typical cold lunch. From here we’ll transfer to the summit of "Monte Novo San Giovanni" and after 15 minute walk and a vertical drop of 70 mt we will visit its top which overlooks the entire "Supramonte of Orgosolo". Later on we’ll return to to the by off-road vehicles.
